Valve Status vs Tanklevel.
 

The valve closes when the level in the tank reach 1.1 meter.The absolute pressure downstream of the valve falls below the vapour pressure of the liquid,vapour is formed in the pipeline. The original column of liquid divides itself into two, with different speeds and separated by a growing vapour bubble flows on trough the pipeline. The two columns of liquid begins to approach each other causing the vapour bubble to implode as the liquid columns reunite,resulting in a large pressure surge.
